Buying a villa in Turkey is quite simple and straight forward but common sense is required, anyone can be a villa agent and anybody can build, do not rely on the builders word or the agents word alone, the best advice is to do serious research in particular talk to other buyers, if a builder tells you no one can build in front of your wonderfull sea view, then just take a look to see if there is enough room for any one to build.
